Air India Express — Not refunding cancelled ticket charges

Dear Team,
I have cancelled air ticket on 16th April 2023 and still not received refund for PNR ZY5D7H. I have done international calls many times to the customer care centre and everytime they say the refund is under process but nothing happened. I raised complaints through TIA, still no response. Today and also last week the customer care representative confirmed it has been taken with high priority. Kindly provide an update at the earliest, else I need to raise a complaint through consumer court. I have already spent lot of money for international calls to speak with customer care.
