Air India Express — Object fell from the flight to my head

Hi

I am very disappointed travelling with Air India express. Travelled after several years and was excited to fly again with you as I used to travel in your airline’s regularly during my childhood.

I am not sure how safe I am flying with your airlines anymore, as something fell on my head while i was sitting. This has given me a v bad headache and that area is still painful.

What if it had fallen on my face or near my eyes ? Or on an infant? I already reported this to airhostess in the flight and they had asked my seat no. This happened almost after landing and i am shocked that something like this would happen in such a reputed airlines.

This has been such a traumatic experience for a regular traveler like me. Never faced such an incident till now, and I am flying regularly since last 30yrs..

I am really startled that i had such an unpleasant experience flying with your airlines.

Have attached pictures for your reference and I am not even sure which part of the airlines this is. Looking forward to your response.
