Air India Express — online ticket booking | |||
I booked ticket from 3 person from dubai to trivandrum. I checked online to find how much is the reschedule fee to prior date. But without making any modify changes or save changes they rescheduled my tickets without making any payments or email confirmation. I was not aware of this and went to airport and found my 2 tickets have been rescheduled and we didnt take flight. Very bad experience from your side. Was this information helpful? | |||
