I have booked a round trip ticket from dubai to cochin on 28th august 2019 using a credit card [credit card no: 52xx xxxx xxxx x481 (Simply life adcb); dubai], unfortunately, the payment was deducted but the ticket was not issued poping an error on the screen. Further to our discussion with one of the customer care representative, the pnr is issued and he informed that the payment is not credited in the account. But as per our bank statement, the payment is deducted. After that i am trying to contact the customer care through emails and phone calls. No response and nobody is answering the calls. Please either issue the ticket or refund the amount so that i can ensure my ticket for next month.
