Attached is the Flight ticket with PNR no. CWGNMM.
Please note that I had cancelled the ticket 3 days prior to the departure date (Sep 10, 2021) and was entitled for a refund amount of INR 13, 283 as per cancellation policy. I was notified by the customer support team that the refund will be credited to my account within 14 days. However, until now, the amount has not been transferred yet in spite of follow up calls and emails. I had been informed that the airlines will place my case on top priority and had advised me to send email to the provided email address. In spite of doing so, I have not received any acknowledgement / confirmation mail nor response to any of my queries.
Last week, during my follow up call, the customer support provided another email address, advised me to send my concern regarding the refund and mentioned that I can expect immediate response from them. However, the result has been the same with no response.
Kindly requesting you to escalate this issue to the concerned and hoping for a solution to this issue.
