Air India Express — Refund due to flight cancellation | |||
I had purchased a air ticket from Air India Express website for a flight Delhi- Dubai on 6th August 2021. Flight got cancelled due to nonavailability of Rapid PCR at the airport on that day. Since then I am trying to get the refund by sending mails and through their call centre. Unfortunately it is not refunded till this moment.
