Air India Express — Refund for ticket from indore to sharjah

I have a flight from indore to sharjah XI 255 at 2nd june 2023 of PNR number- J54ZPG which was cancelled by the airindia its self and told us by the customer care that our ticket amount will be initiated to accounts soon still i didnt recieved my refund for tickets. Kindly initiate my refund
