Air India Express — Refund of cancellation full amount due to re scheduling flights

Hello,
Please refer to our repeated requests regarding the BHuvaneswar to Kochi Via Banagaloru flight on 23 Nov.24 booking which we have to cancel because of your pre poning of flight from Banagalore to kochi.. By the time we would have boarded the flight from Bhuvaneswar to Bangalore the flight from Bangalore to Kochi would have left..
Our booking for Three people was more than Rs.32000 but you have initiated a Cancellation Amount of Rs.24360 on 14.10.24.
Actually we have suffered because of the re scheduling of your Connection flight from Bangalore to Kochi which forced us to cancel the entire Flight booking for which you have Charged Rs.8000 plus amount from us. Even that amount has not been credited to our account till Date.. we have raised a complaint with Ixigo for the same. Nonetheless You must refund the entire amount of Rs.32000 instead of Rs.24360
