Air India Express — Refund pending for more than 2 months

I had booked a flight on for 3 February 2021 from Trichy to Kuala Lampur. But unfortunately due to covid-19 situation, I couldn't travel. After sending so many emails and follow up calls to call centre they have been no progress. I have even tried escalating to Nodal Officer, to which never got any response. Here I am taking one more step to get back my hardened money. PLS REFUND MY MONEY ASAP
