Dear Sir,
Refer to PNR: JHLMDU, auto cancelled flight due to covid 19 situation. Against which I booked ticket for my family, I received voucher under 3 names with expiry[protected]. Due to my current financial crisis I wouldn't be able to bring back my family to Uae again (their Visa Cancelled).
So I requested to refund the cash to my account. After sending so many emails & follow ups, I receive a email that refund ready is process after deducting cancellation charges i.e., i booked ticket Aed:2, 490 & refund amount will be Aed: 2, 035. Cancellation charge Aed: 455
so i didn't accept it, i requested full amount refund to my account. i am sending so many emails, but they are not responding to it.
Kindly do the needful if possible
