The offer has been given to select Biz upgrade business class seat, but when i am trying to selct the offered seat its showing wrong calculation and no discount for business class updat
1 Screen after login into Air India website and coming to seat selection, it is clearly showing Upgrade and 50% offer

2 when I am selecting the seat no offer get applied as shown to me for upgrade offer also when I hover on seat it says 0 INR but it get added in pay section again wrong information and calculation

3 How the mathematics is applied terribly wrong calculation and misleading and wrong information to customer. Its act of fraud

also they call them selves as happy customer service but the agents are not having information and they donot talk properly and no one intersted to resolve customer complaint .
