This is really sorry to see that Indian airlines are so much money minded.They hardly care about their customers and valuable experience.
They just wanna make money.
This is really disheartening.
I had a flight today (4May 2022) from Dubai to Delhi IX-142 with my family of 4. I was stopped at immigration and it took quite some time. I had boarding at 11:50 but i was at the immigration and security till 12:39, my family was already at the gate and they mentioned that I am on my way, even the immigration officer ensured that he has informed the airline staff to wait for me. However, i wasn't allowed to board the flight. This is really unacceptable behaviour, since it wasn't my mistake that immigration and security took that much time though arriving 4 hours prior to flight departure.
Same can be verified using cctv /security/immigration staff.
I am at the airport since 9 am today and tere is no staff at the airport to have a look into it.Its already 11:40 at night here but no resolution.
There is no air India staff available who can help assist me at the airport.This is shameful.
Neither airindia is booking me on next flight nor my luggage is handed over, and moreover my luggage was offboarded though my family was already there rather I am asked to pay 758 dhirams for luggage and also to book a separate flight too.
I have never experienced such kind of issues ever with any other airlines.They are so helpful and make sure that the passenger gets their flight.
But on the contrary, air India express does everything so that the passenger loses their flight and they get their prey.Then, instead of giving them flight, lounge, good and making customer feel fine, they would mentally torture you by shouting, having so rude staff, no one lifting calls and leave the passenger suffering alone. They also start asking about money for offloading luggage even though nobody asked them to offload since half of the family was already there, they could have collected it over.But air India express got an opportunity to earn money, they are asking 750aed to get my luggage back.This is really strange, had never heard about such kind of experience.Shameful.
Making your own country people experience so much trouble and suffering.Inhuman staff.Looks like it was my biggest mistake to book air India express and trusted name brand like air India but i was proved completely wrong.
I am left alone at the airport without any support.
Worst customer care and worst airline.
