Dear Sir/Madam, just to let you know the incident happened to me on July 19, 2015. Briefly, I was board on AirIndia Express (IX622; bound to Kualalumpur from Chennai; Seat Number: 14C; Pxr Name: Seyed Mohamed Mohamed Ali) departing at 4.17 pm after a short delay. After 45 minutes, flight crew started distributing meals (I believe its a complimentary one). While the meal was distributed myself and another pxr sat next to me asked another water bottle (happen to be he was the crew supervisor), he promised to provide us after the distribution but somehow, he had forgotten. I went to the rear side and asked two bottles of water (one for me and another for next pxr). I didn't expect the answer from one middle aged lady crew named Susheela Wade (from Madhya Pradesh (info provide by another crew after lodging my complaint to Captain through crew Supervisor) that no, extra water can't be provided in a rude manner (with a sarcastic voice with very very unacceptable rude manner). I politely told her, Madam, please tell me the same in a soft manner. Her response was immediately like this "I will behave like that only and go complaint anywhere". But it was surprise to me that the other crews started distributing extra water to all without asking (as a part of their service). I travelled elsewhere in the world in the last 25 years, I never met a crew like her in the service industry. Hope you can take action against her as she is maniac. FYI, my complaint is with the flight Captain.
