Air India Express — Status of my Airline refund amount

Dear sir, I booked one ticket to "Mr. Shihas Palakkadan Basheer" through my credit card. Same date he can't travel with air line. I requested refund air ticket tax amount to my credit card on last month. "Booking Ref: A5NLNO", Passenger Name: "Shihas Palakkadan Basheer". After that i sent one mail to SG.[protected]@airindia.in, next day i got replay, We have taken refund action on pnr - A5NLNO, Refunded Inr - 3916.93 Videft- [protected].Refunded amount will be credited to credit card within 3/4 working days.
