Air India Express — ticket cancellation required-confirmation number in qb | |||
I had a booked ticket with air india express 22nd february 2020 for the travel dated 12th april from dubai/mangalore. Due to covid-19 lockdown and travel restrictions ticket was rescheduled to travel date 21st july on 1st april. Due to the current situation, my employer advised not plan any travel until further notice. Hence i am requesting air india express to provide the cancellation link since 30th june. Despite of explaining clearly at least 5 times, i am receiving standard reply : unable to refund, please reschedule. Requesting your support in resolving the matter.
