Respected Sir/Madam,
I am RAJESH ERINJIKKOVIL, booked the Air ticket Round trip SHARJAH - KOZHIKKODE for two persons in the date of[protected] to[protected] on yesterday[protected] through Cleartrip.ae via my Email ID [protected]@yahoo.co.in. The ticket is confirmed and the Trip ID is [protected]. Flight details is Air India Express IX354 SHJ 10:25 - 15:45 CCJ in the date of[protected]. and Air India Express IX351 CCJ 07:05 - 09:35 SHJ in the date of[protected].
During the booking time I entered all the details and Credit card details also, then the cleartrip site showing visa verification process while taken more than 10 minutes. During that time One person contact me from Cleartrip of the number [protected] to My mobile number [protected]. He told me the internet showing some error and he himself continue the booking; and follow the instruction and give the Credit card details through my mobile number [protected].
The ticket is confirmed and I got 2 email of the above mentioned dated Air ticket with same Trip ID from Cleartrip.com. The ticket details and Trip ID is same of both emails and Unfortunately the cash amount AED-2812/- deducted two times. The total deduction amount is AED-5624/- for only One round trip of two persons.
I plead you to cancel one deduction amount of AED-2812/- and please refund in to the same Credit card as soon as you possible. Please do the needful and help me to avoid loosing the money.
