I had booked 4 tickets for myself, mom, brother and sister in law to travel from trivandrum to chennai. This was during the rains and floods in kerala and trains were being cancelled and flights were not operating from kochi. I had a confirmed booking and when i tried checking in online i couldn't find the booking. Whem i called the airline office i was informed that my tickets were cancelled
I am sure i didn't cancel and we were on our way to the airport already. But then theblastinute change disturbed our further flight booking and incurred in a bigger loss. The total loss was about 30000 only for the tickets in addition to the additional expenses we had to incur for next bookings
I checked again for refund but i am just being told i cancelled it which i didn't.
Tickets were available but for 3tomes the original cost which i believe is a fraud from the airline co to get additional profits. Need a full reimbursement for the tickets plus the cost of additional tickets
I don't wish to go to consumer court with this
Ease understand that i received a cancellation mail from airline after i called and not before which chows there was some intentrntional fraud from within.. Expecting your support
