I had a very bad experience with Air India Express due to the early departure of the booked flight and multiple delays after that.
1. I booked my ticket(I1K7WS) from Sharja to Thiruvananthapuram on flight IX536 for confirmed departure
at 11 a.m. But when I arrived at the airport at 9.00 am for my departure the airline staff merely informed me that my flight had departed already at 5.30 am on the same day.
2. I was shifted to a cheaper hotel of their choice and they isolated me even though my husband tried to stay with me on his own during the night since I was scared to stay in an unknown place. The hotel staff as per the instruction of the airline staff expelled my husband and compelled me to stay alone like a prisoner. I was never treated like a customer but like a prisoner sent by Air India Express.
3.My whole family including my husband, two children and my elderly parents have suffered due to this incident. My husband has been mistreated. My children and parents have been put under stress and mental pain expecting my arrival.
4. Due to lack of sleep I could not rejoin my organisation to continue my duties where I have to spend 8 hours continuously with high concentration and presence of mind. I am suffering from severe head ache and vomiting which would prevent me performing my full potential.
Therefore considering these factors, I would request for a fast resolution for my formal complaint. Was this information helpful? |
