Air India — Flight Cancellation

My wife and 2yr old was supposed to travel on this AI163(direct CCU-LHR) on 23rd Jan. I got a mail on 4th Jan 2022 stating that flight is cancelled but no plan for reschedule. My PNR is HJSG2.I tried to reach their customer care number but someone picks up after 1 hr and then redirects to some other team where it eventually gets disconnected after an hour wait.I tried to reach them on twitter but they didn't respond their as well. Pls suggest what i shall do now? My wife and 2yr old daughter stuck in India when i just moved to London. I am reachable on +[protected] if you need any other details.
