I travelled by air india flight ai 349 from delhi to mumbai on 03 jan 2020 passenger name monish bakhla my ticket no[protected]. Journey started from delhi at 04:00 on 03 jan 2020 to mumbai airport at 06:15 on 03:jan:2020 further i was supposed to board flight number - air india (Ai) 349 with scheduled departure from indira gandhi intl, delhi (Del), terminal 3 at 9:30 on 03 jan 2020 to reach mumbai at 11:10 on, 03:jan:2020. My scheduled departure from delhi to mumbai was delayed by 5 hours 30 mints by air india causing sleeplessness throughout the night of 03:jan:2020 and undue stress due to frequent change of gates by air india staff and providing false information regarding delay of flight. Due to delay of flight i had to miss important assignments having direct bearing on my profession. During the duration of my stay at airport, i was subjected to ruthless and unprofessional behaviour by air india staff. I view above i may be provided suitable compensation and action may be initiated against concerned staff of air india for their misconduct on passengers. My baggage wheel is ripped apart and when i asked the supervisor about it, he says that it is not our liability. I have no clue what kind of liability they talk about, that is new bag and I need to travel back to US. This is how I am going to travel back with ripped wheel, even it is not even possible to make the baggage stand firmly.
