Dear Sir/ Madam
We were travelling from Delhi to Sydney on 6th December in flight AAI-302. Due to some technical issue with the plane, we experienced unacceptable delays. We were made to wait for 3-4 hours on the flight with very minimal information and nothing but water before being
asked to deboard the plane. At this point we were tired & hungry but were told that we would be provided no refreshments or snacks while we are waiting for almost 4 hours on the still
plane. After which we needed to go though security all over again before finally being boarded on the correct plane & leaving for out destination. This created significant logistical issues at our destination especially for transport.
How does Air India plan to compensate us for the major inconvenience we experience? We
