Air India — Flight payment failed but account debited twice

Hi Team,

I tried booking flight tickets from my HSBC Debit card (two tickets - to and fro) from London to kochi on Thursday 9th Dec 2021.During payment page the transaction failed. The money wasnt debited so i tried to rebook using my HSBC credit card - but again during the payment page, the transaction failed. At that moment money wasnt debited from my accounts but later both my HSBC debit & Credit card was debited with £ 2074.54 each. ie. Total of £4149.08.

I have been trying to reach the Air India Customer care many times but i was put on hold for more than an hour with no one responding. I also dropped an email to the Air India customer care ([protected]@airindia.com) but i still havent got a response.

I am left with no money in my account and i urgently need the money incorrectly debited from me to be refunded back to me. Please need your urgent assistance to sort this out !!
