My flight Air India got cancelled due to operational reasons, and i had given request on 22nd April 2021, & again on 4th May 2021 for the refund and still there is no communication from Air India till now. When called customer care last week they told we have forwarded Refund Application [protected] for 098-[protected] to Air India on 28 April Request you to please intervene and get it resolved. Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jun 11, 2021 Updated by Shahnawaz Alam STILL THERE IS NO UPDATE FROM AIR INDIA YET... Jun 23, 2021 Updated by Shahnawaz Alam again had called AIR INSIA customer care team on[protected] and they had promised that money will be refunded within 10 days and they have given the case no.10180350. Jul 17, 2021 Updated by Shahnawaz Alam Still looking for some feedback from Air India 4 times i have sent mail to their refund department. Their customer care always misguide us by saying you will get call within 1 hour.
