Air India — Flight reschedule without notice | |
Air India flight ticket (PNR: YG51P) was booked on 26th September 2021 which was scheduled on 14th November 2021 at 17:40 hrs from Patna to Kolkata. During the web-checkin there was some technical issues hence the customer care was continuously contacted but there was no response at all. At the day and time of of boarding, it was informed by the Air India personnel that the flight was rescheduled due to which it left 6 hrs prior to the previous schedule. Since the next flight from Patna was after 2 days, i was advises to travel on 16th Nov. It is to mention that, there was no alternative to return back to home as I have to travel for about 6 hours from my home to reach Airport along with an infant I have which is merely 18 months old. Hence I had to take a next flight from another airline which cost me around 30, 804 in view of the situation Air India had put me in. It is pertinent to mention that there was no prior information provided by Air India regarding the reschedule of the said airline. I would like to obtain the refund of the additional cost and mental trauma which i have faced due to this fault of Air India. Documents attached. Was this information helpful? | |
