Month of Incident: March 2020
I booked a roundtrip Air India flight via third party i.e. Via.com in my case.
The schedule trip was from Singapore to Delhi from 11th April, 2020 to 24th April, 2020 from Delhi to Singapore. Due to Covid the flights were cancelled.
However, a curriculum was shared by the government as well Air India that any ticket that were cancelled during April or May 2020 will be reimbursed fully without any deductions/cancellation fee. However, it is been almost 2 years of follow up with via.com and Air India. I have not received any reimbursement. When I speak to via.om they say Air India has not reimbursed we are waiting check with Air India.
When I speak to Air India customer center they say, please ask the third party to check with our sales teams.
After making so many calls and so many tweets and so many of the email, I still have not received my refund.
I will request if you can help me get my refund.
