Air India — Frequent AIR INDIA flight deploy SINGAPORE TO CHENNAI vice versa

AI 347 departure 29th MAR 9AM from singapore. I have planned travel 3 weeks ago and booked train ticket 2A from chennai to vijayawada.

28th Night, i got mail from ai.[protected]@airindia.in stating flight got deployed for 3 HRS. I cancelled my train immediately. Hence i dont have any train availability to travel. This is not a first time i lost time and money cancelling domestics flights and trains.

How are you planning to compensate for this delay impacts to the passengers ?

I am thinking to avoid AIR INDIA for future travels.
