I called to inquire about my meal preferences as me and my wife have dietary restrictions.
Also I asked them about the process to upgrade my ticket to business class.
The staff was very rude, impolite, and used foul language stating the words "Pagal", "Shut up" . Not only that, they made fun of our last name and said it's funny and looks like Islamic name, who are they to comment on my last name and say anything they feel?
He was rude and also stated that we won't upgrade for folks like you who are Indian citizens, work in the USA and are not living in india.
Is this how the airline has become after Tata acquired it? Are they trained to harass customers like this?
My wife and I both are Indian citizens and work at very well reputed companies Apple and Google and we have never faced such harassment from any airlines in our life. And it's disappointing that Air India which is the official airline of our country India is doing this, and also even after the recent acquisition by Tata we expected better customer service.
I would like compensation for this harassment and now I demand a FREE Upgrade for me and my wife, this is not tolerated at all and I do not accept this impolite and unprofessional behaviour. Was this information helpful? |
