I booked flight ticket from Kolkata (ccu) to chicago (ord) for my parents Subodh chandra Gorai (senior citizen) and Dipti Gorai. During boarding pass generation at kolkata airport, on the travel date, 26 may 2022, due to airindia system faliure they can only generate boarding pass for dipti gorai but not Subodh chandra Gorai. Airindia harrased my parents completely 5 hours and didn't allowed to board the flight. At very last moment they found their system glitch and allowed to Kolkata to delhi and told us that they will inform delhi airindia service about their system glitches.
But the story doesn't ends here. At delhi airport they can generate boarding pass for Subodh chandra gorai but not dipti gorai. Airindia started harrasment again. Their rude behavior makes my parents crying.
Finally they understand their system glitches and allowed my parents to board flight after 4 hours of misbehaving.
As a consumer why should I tolerate the harassment from airindia when their is a clear fault from their system.
