Air India — help desk at t3 is most helpful | |
I am travelling from delhi to madurai By Ai 9015. On 10th march. When i approached the kiosk to generate boarding pass i could not get one. It displayed Error. One ai employee tried to generate also. It was no help Then i approached a counter. The operator Informed that it wl be attened at g counter. When i approached that counter the operator Informed that it wl be attended by m counter. While going to m counter i found the help desk Where a very unhelpful person was manning it. He wl not even scan the tkt He told to go to m counter. I was certain This time ordeal was over When i met one ashish at m counter he mentioned The matter did not relate to him. And he said i should go to help desk. Again i approached help desk. This time he mentioned i should go to h counter.. I went to h counter to find out if i could get The boarding pass. He told me to go to M counter.. Back to square one.. Then i thought i would sit down in one place And phone our protocol ppl to come to help... As luck would have it i could see a specific madurai counter at k row i guess.. Rest is history... Wl the air india top brass travel as a commoner To figure out things in the field...?? Air india has not changed a shade. It remains same aloof highhanded. God bless this country and air india...???
