Air India — I am complaining about the broken tray table on my flight Goa to Gatwick on 26th of April

My name is Demetrius Dcruz . I traveled with my wife on 26th April from Goa to London on Ai 145 ( Seat 22 G& 22H ) . The Complaint is with regards to the injury caused due to a damaged tray table on this flight When we received meals on the flight, i could barely manage eating from the table as it was bent / tilted and further when the coffee was served, it slid quickly and the extremely hot coffee fell on my belly and groin area resulting in excruciating pain and burns.
i have noticed the broken trays on my earlier flight from London Gatwick to Goa and luckily the seat was not occupied. I am pretty sure there were many such tray tables damaged on this particular flight equipment. Further, Most of the TV screens and the controls were not in proper working conditions and were inoperational. I demand an apology/compensation from Air India management and further request Air India to look into this matter seriously to avoid further injuries to passengers. (To reconfirm this incident, the cabin crew on Duty was Ms Apeksha who was the witness of this incident )
