Air India — I cancelled tickets within 12 hours still no refund initiated till now

Hi..I had to cancel my tickets for 20th of march because I have been quarantined here in chandigarh..In order to get refund of my tickets i had to drop a mail here..i hope the action will be taken as soon as possible and I would be refunded back my amount which is Rs 6508
