Air India — I have suffered intolerance with wheelchair pax who was left at the airport by sir India staff.

I have suffered intolerance with the wheel chair pax, pnr no 5O7KXB date of 05.05.2023 he was a senior citizen patient . Wheel chair was not provided it was already requested at the time of booking, gate no was changed from 52 to 28 B, pax was not given wheelchair, pax waited and had to walk without wheel chair, later wheel chair was given after informing on 28 b, patient was left at the airport by air India staff who was constantly asking for tip and hided his tip sticker, pax got lost at T3 .This is unacceptable and disgraceful. I will not accept it.
