Air India — I m complaining about staff recklessness of air india at kullu airport

i booked a flight of air india from kullu to delhi, timing of flight was 10:20 am on 20 january 202.As i was travelling from manali to kullu i reached at 9:40 for checkin.the plane which was flying from kullu to delhi just arrived at kullu airport but the staff member said they closed the checkin at 9:35am.i requested them with my full heart but they behaved in a very rude manner even the statuon master did not responded on time and they lengthen my waiting period and finaly at 10 they said you r late and now you cant board the plane.I am a doctor in government sector and it was very urgent for me to reach delhi as i have to sit in opd on thursday, seeing the corona pandemic my services to humanity are my utmost priority.i request you to change the staff of air india at kullu airport si that the name of this maharaja airlines dont get blurred in costumer’s eye.
