Air India — i require a non availability certificate of direct flight from kolkata to chgh and chgh to kolkata on 26 july 2020 and 25 aig 2020

I, captain tanuja (Mns officer) nr 23953p, request you to issue a non availabilty certificate for direct flights of air india from kolkata to chandigarh on 26july 2020 and chandigarh to kolkata on 25 august 2020.
And if it is, all the ai flights are having a hault at delhi airport for longer time period which is not advisable in this covid scenario.
So for the reimbursement of the flight tickets from other airlines require non availability cetificate from air india.
