Air India — i tried to book a ticket from air india website during booking process money got deducted but ticket was not confirmed

As mentioned in subject line ticket didn't get confirm but money got deducted, now air india not responding when i reach to their customer support, customer support executive take up the call and after listening to all the details they'll just put call on hold or disconnect, no one are helping to get the refund of my amount and some support person suggested to drop an email [protected]@airindia.in but no one is responding to mail as well
