I wanted to write about my recent AI128 flight experience on 5th january 2023 from London Heathrow to Mumbai.
First of all the seats were old, broken, torn and they were not reclining at all. So we had to travel 9 hours on an erect seat.
The entertainment units were not working at all. The crew tried to reset the system but couldn't do it so i had to travel 9 hours staring at nothing.
And because the entertainment unit was not working the buttons for overhead light and calling flight attendant were not working either. My next seat neighbour was an old lady who was partially blind and could not see with no control of her lights.
The Toilets were so unclean, so unhygienic and the toilet seats were broken in some places. It felt like i was travelling in a train rather than an international flight.
I paid around INR 45000 for such a horrible flight experience. I demand a refund or compensation from Air India as this is not professional and not what I deserve as a paying customer.
