Dear Sir/ Madam,
Myself Manoj Gupta booked Airindia flight ( Flight No. AI-696) From Varanasi - VNS to Mumbai - BOM at 13:25 hrs to 15:35 hrs on 27th September 2020.
Flight booked in the name of Dilip Shravan Gupta, PNR no. Y9WS4, ticket no. 098-[protected] and seat No. 12D.
I reached Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport at 11:45 but due to airport staff I got late because of his sanitisation process and other checking process I reached at boarding counter on 12:25 and stand in que waiting for our number when I got my number On boarding counter than staff is saying that going to closed boarding counter and he send me in office when I contact in office then office staff saying that wait and after 10 to 15 min he is saying we can not do anything and send me out side with his staff forcefully.
First thing that this is not way to behave with customer and also try to understand customer problem why he is booking tatkal airplane ticket at price of 9, 356/-.
You should help with customer.
I requesting to air India manager please return my ticket amount of Rs.9, 356 return on my account or give me alternate ticket for my next trip.
I sure that air India manager solve my problem and will give me sufficient satisfaction.
This is my first experience with Air India which is gone worst. If Air India staff not solving my problem than I take other action.
