Myself Mrs Nasim Memon, I was supposed to travel today in AI0651 and my booking id was EMT99860666. I reached the airport at 8.15 and stood in a long long queue in front of Air India check -in counter at 8.15am. I was not being allowed to move forward to check-in counter, as there were several other passengers ahead of me.When my turn came at the counter, I was told by the attendant in check in counter that it’s closed at 8.50 am and I can board nomore now, My ticket was worth 7000rs, I begged the officers there to allow me to board but they refused.Then I saw an officer allowing another woman passenger along with her son to board after the check in counter was closed. I saw clear partiality today, Then a senior ma’am of Air India, at H tower told me that I can also fly as I had the web checkin done and had the boarding pass.By that time it was 9.30am, I ran towards my flight at 40B carrying my check in n luggages n hand bag but it was late and there was no staff at 40B then. Overall I had a horrific experience today and I was physically n mentally hurt today. I ask for compensation of my loss.I found the staffs behaviour to be very rude instead of being cooperative n understandable.The incident that took place in Mumbai airport with me is very well captured in CCTV footages, please see the footages of checkin counter, of H tower, of 40B.Please provide me full compensation of my loss today
