Air India — improper response due to which I have to face financial loss and tension | |||
My name is nallani chakravarthula mangathayaru. On june 21st i travelled from Detroit to frankfurt via lh 0443 flight &from franckfurt to delhi lh0760 flight. Reached delhi on 23rd early hours. As per the employee at detroit luftansa i thought that my baggage will reach to hyderabad. I filed a complaint at hyderabad after coming through ai 0506 flight on 23.7.2017 as i have not found my baggage. I have given a complaint at customer care center. After dealing with luftansa authorities i arranged customer clearence of my baggage at delhi and contacted air india after showing my complaint to send it to hyderabad. But ai not responded instead demanded rs.500/ per kg. No body given proper response and hence i have to send my lauguage through cargo courier after paying rs. 7200/- Hence i request to return my amount which i have paid to dtdc cargo Was this information helpful? | |||
