I have just copied and pasted the email i sent them. Heights of being incompetent is that, they did not even reply to that. The e-mail goes as under -
Dear incompetent airline of india,
I write this mail to you after a lot of deliberation and wasted time. Time which i could have spent with my family, time which is so dear to me as i work in the indian armed forces. Time, which is called money these days.
I'm at fault, let me admit that first, i mistakenly booked a flight for 30aug 2019 instead of 30 july 2019. Pnr number is zb1wd and the flight is from delhi to ahmedabad. I'm sorry but i thought a company as big as yours would be able to help. I assume that's what the call centers and the toll free numbers are for.
It's been 4 hours or maybe more than that (I've lost track of time now), the call center employees are the most unprofessional and incompetent i have seen in my entire life. The average time to answer a call is somewhere between 25-30 minutes and on top of that the "hold please" time is further around 20min.
After such a hassle, by god's grace, if you manage to get through the operator says "our team is busy" and pls call back after some time.
Pls take my money and hire some competent people, no wonder you are a loss making unit. I'm not filing for any return, take entire rs 3300 and be happy with it. Keep your team busy.
Yours is an organization which should not be in india. This country needs hard working people not you incompetent thiefs.
