I have been refunded only a portion of the amount I was promised when I canceled the flight. I was told that I will get £4888 back after a deduction of £150 per person. But, I have received only £1978 back. I have called numerous times on their customer service number and have been waiting for hours multiple times after being redirected to your escalation department. The only time I was able to get through to the escalation department, I was was told that this would be sorted in a couple of hours. It has been 2 days since and I have not received the balance amount yet.
