Air India — International Connecting Flight | |||
We were traveling from Newark Airport USA to Indira Gandhi airport Delhi on the 15th and then had an interconnecting flight to Mumbai on the 16th after we landed. Minutes before we checked in our baggage they told us that the flight has been cancelled and we have been rescheduled for a domestic flight which would leave 2 hours later than our previous scheduled time. No compensation, remuneration or even apologetic behavior was displayed for the same and when we tried to raise a complaint against it, the extremely rude female staff at the baggage check in counter for Air India blamed it conveniently o COVID while failing to acknowledge their own ignorance. Extremely unprofessional and rude behavior. Perhaps the worst airline. Also, besides this, the international flight that we travelled from was extremely unprofessional. The flight was extremely dirty, the cabin crew was extremely rude and never gave any assistance when asked for the same. Overall, terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
