Delhi to Newark, USA is a 15 hour flight. None of the entertainment centers worked for economy class passengers. This is a regular issue that Air India has with their international flights. i agree. travelled ( JAN 2023 ) in business class from toronto to chennai and the food was really bad. standards do they even know what that means ?. horrible seats and the mulit media, gosh don't even ask.

My strong advice to everyone. please AVOID AIRINDIA in all means. Cheap way to cheap. Nobody will even take or register your complaint. They are well known for that. AIR INDIA, SHAME ON YOU. Flight stinks as well.

it is time for them to shut down AIRINDIA for good. They take people money and they treat you like scum bags. All they want is peoples money and they don't care about their passengers. fOR AIRINDIA, IT'S ALL ABOUT MONEY.
