Good evening this is a passenger traveling from tirchurapalli to Dubai on Wednesday May 17, 2023 . we have experienced horrible hospitality from Air India our flight was delayed from 2pm to 12am we were shifted to a hotel nearby the airport called Sri Thillagavathy hotel, Trichy., and once we reached there we had a horrible experience as we were asked to share a non - AC room with another passenger this totally destroys the image, trust and quality of your services in fact we had to fight with the staff and unprofessional receptionist to get a normal room . Horrible accommodation from Air India totally destroyed the quality of the brand . We kindly request to check the quality of your services and hope that another passenger does not face the same circumstances . Take immediate action against Thillavagathy Hotel and inform their management about the worst reception crew they have. We are sure that Air India pays for AC rooms for the passengers, oer family, whereas the hotel pushes upto 3 families into 1 non- AC room, who is getting benefitted here in terms of cost?
