Air India — Lost baggage

Dear Sir, I was travelling from Paris to Amritsar with one flight paris to new delhi and connecting flight from new delhi to Amritsar, on Air India Flight no. AI 1142 on 17th July 2015 and reaching Amritsar on 18th July 2015. That the flight was delayed for 5 hours in Paris and the waiting. So I missed my connecting flight to Amritsar and they gave me a another flight which was after 12 hrs. After begging and shouting at the Air India authorities for 4 hrs they they shifted me in Jet Airline. I reached Amritsar and my baggage did not come, they said the baggage would come in the same Air India flight so again I waiting for the flight to land and after 10 hrs I got a reply that baggage not found. Then I started calling Air India Amritsar airport and delhi airports, no answer.. Customer care had no news on it.. I finally received my bag after 2 days. But when I received my baggage I saw the seal on the lock was broken and when I checked my bag there were some things missing worth Rs 10000 appox from my baggage. I reported this theft on the Amritsar airport (Air India counter). They took my report and weighted the bag, it was clearly 2 kg less from what was mentioned on the boarding card. They promised to work on it and compensate me for it but since then I have been calling Air India Amritsar Airport but no answer.. I called customer care also but they asked me to contact airport authorities. Its been 2 weeks now I still have not heard from them... I want my things back or compensate me for it.
