Air India — lost luggage

Air india lost my luggage in bangalore on dec 28th 2018. It was returned after 13 days.

I have had to incurr various expenses and have been promised that i will be reinstated. However i have sent emails to various customer services people, talked to people on the phone and even gone to see air india in mumbai airport, without resolve.

After 2 months of communications from my side, mostly without response, i am feeling dissapointed at air india 's inadequacy to provide adequate customer service. Further, here applies the international rule for airlines that they are responsible for the costs of nessecities if luggage is lost more than 24hrs.

I would like air india to refund me for expenses made and would like to receive an aplogy for the inconvienience caused by the loss of luggage
