Air India — Luggage missing

Hi,

I traveled by ai138 from milan to new delhi on 3-3-16.

Bagage no-ai710147 / [protected]

Out of my two checked in bags, one bag found open and covered by poly bag and tapped during collection from belt at igi new delhi. I informed this to one airindia attendant at belt regarding baggage condition, but he assured that every thing will be ok and it is covered only because bag may opened during transition.
But when i checked bag after reaching home, i found many items missing from bag.

After many complains, and mails at del.[protected]@airindia.In, i did not got any informaton regarding my goods.
