Air India — mis behaviour by staff | |||
I was traveling by air india from. Delhi to dehradun on 24 feb 18. Due to the heavy rush out side the airport it took almost 15 min for me to enter the airport. I was still left with 50 min to departure when i reached the counter.. When i approached a ground staff of air india mr. G bhanu for help he was extremely rude and arrogant. Instead of trying to offer an helping hand he went on asking arrogantly 'who asked you to be late'.. And it's not my job to help you go somewhere else'. The said employee couldn't even talk decently to a person who asked him for help and rather was shockingly rude where in only thing he was required was to direct me or take me to a counter supervisor. Subsequently i approached a counter directly who immediately help me and got my boarding pass without any delay..in a place like delhi where there could be delays even after reaching airport well in time the ground staff could be much more helpful which will go a long way in helping a positive image of the airlines. However staff like mr. G bhanu who starts thinking that he can get away by misbehaving with passengers can completely alienate passengers from air india. Was this information helpful? | |||
