Air India — misbehavior of air India staff | |||
I traveled by the air India flight AI342 scheduled for 12:01am for 1st May from Mumbai to Singapore. There were repeated misbehavior or incompetence shown by the Air India staff 1. While checking in, the counters were poorly managed, we were waiting in the queue for about hour 2. New counters were opened after a while but only for people coming in later 3. In--flight crew was very impoliteimpolite especially tthethe airhostessesairhostesses . They behaved rudely with momostmost o[censored]s and didn't even address our request for teatea. They spoke rudely with elderselders, didn't wear aa name tahtag, didn't help passengers when needed . It shows air India very poorlypoorly and makes me rerethrethinrethinkrethink my decision of flying aoair iinindiIndia next time again.
