Tickets were booked and confirmed by airindia. Payments were taken as well.
Later in few weeks flight schedule changed, we got email but no information about what's changed.
Called customer support 3 times, and all time I got told they will transfer to ticketing department.
In last I asked for direct number, I was told they don't have direct number. All 3 times call was hung up after 40 to 45 min putting me on hold.
When I tried to check my booking online, it says "your booking has been changed, please contact customer support"
I am planning to file lawsuit as we had our flight delay from origin and then they took off connecting flight and left behind 15 customer when we went to India. Was this information helpful? |
